• A selfie photograph for profile and verification purposes
• Mobile number and bank/Easypaisa account details for payouts

• To process and manage appointment bookings
• To verify doctor identity and credentials before approval
• To process platform fees and transfer doctor earnings

4. CNIC and Verification Data

CNIC information and selfie photographs collected from doctors are used strictly for identity verification purposes. This data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties, sold, or used for any purpose other than verifying doctor credentials on our platform.

5. Payments and Financial Data

Prescripto collects a platform fee per booking. Doctor earnings are calculated after deducting this fee and are transferred daily via Easypaisa or bank transfer. We do not store full payment card details. All financial transactions are handled securely and in accordance with applicable Pakistani financial regulations.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We may share limited information only when required by Pakistani law or to process payments through authorized financial service providers.

7. Data Security

We take data security seriously. Your information is stored on secure servers with appropriate technical and organizational measures in place. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and we encourage users to keep their login credentials confidential.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Doctor verification data (CNIC, selfie) is retained for the duration of the doctor's registration on the platform. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us directly.
